  • Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
  • Usage data: We store water consumption logs you create, including the date, quantity, and associated user account.
  • Audit logs: Administrative actions (such as adding or removing users) are recorded for accountability purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Droplet service.
  • To display your water consumption history and cost summaries.
  • To allow administrators to manage family member access.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a private database accessible only to authorised members of your household. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Access to the application is restricted by invitation only.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google OAuth for authentication. When you sign in, Google's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes. We do not use any advertising or analytics third-party services.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting your family administrator. Upon deletion, all your water logs and personal information will be removed from our systems.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Droplet after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
